“To form umpiring and coaching commissions to ensure consistency in training, examination and assessment and deal with all matters relating to their respective disciplines and to transfer the authority of appointing the National Coach & National Umpire from the EPA Management Committee to the Coaching and Umpiring Commissions respectively.”

The Umpire’s Commission consists of all Regional Umpires therefore each Region is requested to send their Regional Umpire to attend the 1st Commission meeting on Saturday 30th January.

If a Regional Umpire is not available the region should appoint another umpire to attend ensuring they are represented at this important meeting.
